Sweet Autumn...

I hope everyone is having a terrific Autumn. There's been lot going on here; Tuesday's still life classes, last week's Autumn landscape workshop here in Tryon, the opening of the group exhibit at the Asheville Airport last Thursday, and work on charcoal and oil portraits.

But, of course, the biggest issue is... what to be for Halloween?*

Portrait News
If you've been considering commissioning a portrait, this may be the best time. Prices on family oils are going up 20-25% November 1. Thankfully, October has been the best month for oil commissions in a very long time. I really hope this is something we're all feeling, and that things are getting better all over.

I'm also offering free travel and framing on commissions before November 1st, just to make October the best month ever! Let me know if you're thinking of commissioning a portrait!
Please feel free to forward this message to anyone who might be interested. Thanks!

*Tony Stark and Pepper Potts of course!
